Delivery

Free home delivery for most products into most England and Wales mainland areas direct to your door.

Please Note: Some manufacturers' have special delivery policies: there may be an additional delivery surcharge in certain areas of the UK e.g. Scotland, Highlands, Northern Ireland, occasionally difficult parts of Cornwall & Wales.

If you know you are in a difficult delivery area please enquire before placing your order.

Ordering

When you place your order, we give you the option to specify a separate billing & delivery address if required.

We give estimated delivery times on the individual product pages. When you have placed your order we send out a confirmation email, to the email address you provided.

If you have purchased a building this will arrive, usually by the manufacturers own or hired transport, you will be contacted prior to the delivery time, accessories and other smaller items will be sent by carrier or post, unless ordered with the main product when it will be delivered with the main product.

Delivery time

Average delivery times are approx. within 28 days for most timber and aluminium greenhouses (6/8 weeks for Elite coloured models), with the exception of bespoke buildings and bespoke cabins, (5/6 weeks) you will be told the approx delivery times for these at the time of ordering.

Garages vary from 4/6 weeks, depending on the time of year.

Log Cabins can vary between 2/3 weeks for standard models and 4/6 weeks for custom made models.
Deliveries of very heavy or bulky buildings are delivered to the kerbside, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Please be aware there may be a surcharge for unloading very heavy and bulky orders such as log cabins etc for delivery other than to the kerbside e.g. placing inside your property if the vehicle cannot get in.

For customers located in offshore or remote mainland areas, an extension of the delivery time and/or extra charges may be necessary. If you are located in such an area, please contact us first for advice.
