These garden buildings are designed to be used as either garden sheds or workshops in either Deal, Tanalised or Cedar cladding.

The Malvern Collection of garden sheds have been designed and built to the highest standards. Only quality materials have been used throughout the construction of these buildings.

You also have the choice of a Pent or Apex roof.

All sizes are available in Pressure Treated if required.

By purchasing your garden shed Pressure Treated, you will not have to treat it, as it has the treatment impregnated into the timber.

It may seem expensive at the outset, but it is much cheaper in the long term

Malvern Ludlow Summerhouses Specification

Cladding: A choice of tongue and grooved 12mm deal, cedar or tantalized shiplap or 20mm deal shiplap.

Door Size: 5'10" x 2'11" (1.83m x 0.89m)

Window: Joinery made windows, two of which open on all models except Pent sheds with the door in the front, which have one opening window .

Floor: Tongued and grooved floorboards on 2" x 2" (48mm x 48mm) planed floor joists.

Roof: Tongued and grooved match boarding on2" X 2" (48mm x 48mm) planed framing.

Eaves Height: 1.80mm (5ft 11in) to eave height.

Framing: 48mm x 48mm

Ridge Height: (internal) 8' wide model 7'9" (2.36m), 10' wide model 8'2" (2.49m), 12' wide model 8'8" (2.64m)

Timber Treatment: Your building will leave the works treated inside and out with a special timber preservative. It is recommended that you treat you shed again within 3 months with a good brand of spirit based timber preservative, and then every other year. If you purchase a tanalised building these do not need further treatment.
