Malvern Pavilion Summerhouses Specification:
Size: 12' (3.66m), 16' (4.88m) or 20' (6.1m) wide, by 8' (2.44m), 10' (3.05m) or 12' (3.66m) deep.
Cladding:A choice of 12mm tongue and grooved deal or cedar shiplap or 15mm deal logroll.
Framing: 33mm x 58mm deal. |
Door Size: 4' (1.22m) wide double doors.
Floor: Tongued and grooved floorboards on planed floor joists.
Roof: Tongued and grooved match boarding planed framing.
Eaves Height: (internal) 7'3" (2.21m) at rear and 6'7" (2.01m) on verandah.
Ridge Height: (internal) 8'3" (2.51m) on 8' deep models, 8'6" (2.59m) on 10' models and 8'9" (2.67m) on 12' deep models.
Timber Treatment: Your summerhouse will leave the works treated inside and out with a special timber preservative. It is recommended that you treat your summerhouse or garden room again within 3 months with a good brand of spirit based timber presevative, and then every other year. |
