Newton Garage

Newton timber garages should be erected on a level, solid, concrete base which must be prepared
by the customer before delivery.

It is recommended that the customer installs a concrete seal on the inside of the base where the
sole plate of the building is in contact with the concrete base.

SINGLE APEX GARAGE
Available clad in tongued and grooved boarding or 22mm heavy duty log lap cladding.
The single apex garage can be used as a workshop or a garage with the added benefits timber.
Constructed with one set of fixed windows and 7' or 8' wide timber swing doors, subject to the width of the garage. A personnel door can be fitted as an optional extra.
All prices for the Newton Garage include delivery erection onto your pre paired base and VAT
All Newton timber garages have the added benefit of maintenance free black Onduline roof sheets and a galvanized ridge capping fitted as standard.

HEAVY DUTY APEX GARAGE
Constructed with tongued and grooved shiplap cladding 19mm x 125mm and 75mm x 47mm quality softwood framework throughout.
The heavy duty garage is approximately 7' to the eaves and 10' to the ridge, thus proving to be very popular.

A well built robust construction that is both practical and aesthetically
pleasing. Available in single or double apex size. All prices for the heavy duty apex garage include delivery, erection and VAT

Ex 38mm x 50mm framework throughout.
Roof purlins 3" x 2".
5ths Swedish Timber which is a better grade of timber than 6ths.
