Garden Sheds Specification:

Side Walls: 19 x 125mm (3/4" x 5") shiplap cladding on 28 x 75mm (1 ½" x 3") planed framing.

Door: 850 x 1800mm (2'9" x 6'0"), mortised and tenoned, framed, ledged and braced, using 19 x 125mm (3/4" x 5") tongued and grooved door boarding on 38 x 75mm (1 ½" x 3") planed framing. Door hung with the use of 3 - 300mm zinc-plated, steel "T" hinges and secured with a galvanised pad-bolt.

Door Frame: 75 x 75mm (3" x 3") planed.

Window: 610mm (2ft) square set on 50 x 75mm (2 x 3in) window frame fitted with 4mm toughened glass. A 1.8m (6ft) length gets 1 window, every 600mm (2ft) above this add 1 extra window (included in your price) to a maximum of 6 windows. This can vary to your own specification.

Floor: 19 x 125mm (3/4 x 5in) tongued and grooved floorboards on 38 x 75mm (1 ½ x 3in) planed floor joists set at no more than 150mm (18in) centres. Garages do not include a floor.

Roof: 19 x 125mm (3/4 x 5in) tongued and grooved match boarding on 38 x 75mm (1 ½ x 3in) planed framing covered with green mineralised 35kg roofing felt. Trusses are used on all buildings 3.6m long and above.

Height: 1.830mm (6ft) to eave height.

Timber Treatment: Your building will leave the works treated inside and out with a special timber preservative. The preservative is available in different colours: as standard there is Walnut, Oak or Red Cedar.
