SPECIFICATIONS
SIDE WALLS: 19 x 125mm shiplap cladding on 38 x 75mm planed framing.
DOOR: Double timber garage doors 1900mm high x 2134mm wide mortise and tenoned, framed ledged and braced, using. Door hung with the use of 2 @ 450mm galvanized steel strap hinges and secured with a galvanised pad-bolt. If the up and over door option is chosen a 1980mm high x 2134mm wide steel door is used.
DOOR FRAME: 75 x 75mm planed.
WINDOWS: 610mm square set in a window frame fitted with 4 mm toughened glass. A 6ft length gets 1 window, every 2 foot above this add 1 extra window (included in your price) to a maximum of 6 windows. You do not have to have any windows.
ROOF: 19 x 125mm tongue and groove match boarding, on 38 x 75mm planed framing covered with green mineralized 35 Kg roofing felt. Trusses are used on all buildings 3.6m long and above.
HEIGHTS: 2.0m to eave height or a more generous 2.1m to eaves.
OPTIONS
Up-and-Over garage door:
A pre finished steel garage door 2133mm wide by 19800mm high can be fitted in lieu of the wooden double doors.
Personal side door:
Add a personal side door for ease of access.
Eave Height:
Increase your eave height for added height if a four wheel drive or van needed to be garaged.
Paint System:
Add a top coat of timber preservative giving a wider colour choice and a vastly improved redecoration cycle. [more] |
