Payment of any balance owing falls due prior to delivery of the goods and it is the Buyers responsibility to pay the balance of the
invoice within 7 days of the delivery date. The order form in most cases is also the invoice for the goods.
we do not issue any further invoice or issue statements. We reserve the right to charge interest on any overdue accounts at

Payment for garden log cabins: 50% deposit and 50% immediately prior to manufacture.

Log Cabin Construction and Erection: We do not undertake any construction or erection of the buildings the company supplies.
Nor will the company, under any circumstances be held responsible for any faults or complaints regarding the erection
or construction of any building by the manufacturer or a third party, any details relating to the construction must be
referred to the Construction/Manufacturing Company concerned.

All base work is the responsibility of the customer as is the safe securing of the building once erected. A level solid
base, either paving stabs, for the smaller buildings, or concrete upon which to install your building.

Pressure treated floor bearers laid on top of your prepared base are an important and valuable option for garden
buildings with timber floors, as they allow the circulation of air underneath the floor and help to keep it dry and sound.

When planning your buildings position. allow for as much room as possible for the installers to work.

Always make allowances for any roof overhang when buildings have to go into confined spaces.

Delivery:

For the smaller garden buildings the delivery driver will need a clear access to your property with no height
restrictions or tight sharp corners to negotiate. They cannot lift sections over fences or buildings such as garages. If
the only access is through the house, a straight run is required, as many sections will not pass through standard
doorways.

Please advise us in advance if there are any difficulties regarding access.

For larger buildings such as Log Cabins, these can only be delivered as near as the lorry can park, it is the responsibility
of the customer or their erection team to transport the building to where it is required.

Delivery and Erection of Concrete Garages:

Concrete garages are erected by the manufacture.

The delivered and erected price stated for Concrete Garages is on the assumption that the erection site is no more than
30 meters from the parked lorry, any further distance may be chargeable on negotiation with the garage company.

Timber treatment:

Most of our sectional timber garden buildings are treated with a Base timber preservative on the
inside as well as the outside prior to leaving the factory . We recommend you re-treat your buildings at regular intervals to maintain the appearance and life span of your building.

Log Cabins are delivered untreated and should be treated with a good quality micro porous preservative such as
'"0SMO' timber preservative and natural wood finishes.

Cedar buildings are cedar clad only i.e. they have deal framing, floors. roofs and verandas.

Timber Sizes:

All timber sizes stated for garden buildings are finished sizes i.e. after machining, please note that finished sizes can vary by plus or minus 1mm. Log thickness given for Log Cabins are as near as possible the correct thickness.

All building dimensions stated are approximate. and usually based on the external wall sizes.

Timber Location:

To the best of our knowledge. all the timber used in the construction of the buildings we offer originates from sustainable forests.

Policy:

We reserve the right to vary specification of goods sold, materials used or the design of construction of any structure to a degree dictated by the materials available from time to time.
