All Newton Summerhouse are erected on site, although we will need a level base which must be prepared in advance of the delivery day

Newton Summerhouse specification:

• The timber cladding on your garden shed with be water based treated with a timber preservative to four sides and floor.
• Ex 3" x 2" rounded framework throughout.
  
• Roof beads on top of the felt to help make it more secure.
  
• 5ths Swedish kiln dried Timber (better grade of timber than 6ths)
  
• Tongued & grooved kiln dried matchboard floor and roof, 12mm finished.
  
• Tongued & grooved kiln dried shiplap to walls, 19mm finished
  
• Galvanised fittings throughout, to prevent rusting.
  
• Heavy duty felt, no cheap flimsy thin felt used .
  
• Delivery & erection FREE (within our standard delivery area, please see link below).
  
• Delivery within 4 weeks from receipt of order.
  
• Fitted with two opening windows glazed with Acrylic as standard.
