Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you live in Scotland and are not sure if the price shown includes your area, please phone 01945 410 361 to make sure, as some manufacturers apply extra carriage charges the Scotland and this is out of our control.
We accept credit card payment.
At present we can only accept orders for buildings for supply to UK mainland.
If we are able to ship any smaller goods or digital downloads the delivery areas will be shown.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro and Solo.
Payment is automatically taken at time of purchase,
You may order with your credit card via phone if you wish.
Our system automatically sends a confirmation of order, once the system has processed the order it will produce a credit card receipt similar to the one given after a purchase is made in any high street shop, this is then posted on to you within two day of placing the order, if by any chance you don't receive this slip please give us a ring on 01945 410 361.
Until you receive this credit card slip no contract exists between us.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Elite greenhouses in Mill Finish are usually delivered in 4 weeks, coloured models in approx 6/8 weeks
Other makes of greenhouses allow 3/4 weeks
Sheds and summerhouses usually 4 weeks
Garages 5/6 weeks
Log Cabins: Bespoke models 5/6 weeks, standard models 2/5 weeks.

Back Orders All orders are place with the manufacturer or main supplier as soon as the order is received.
We do not hold any stocks. |
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added to the price shown unless otherwise stated.
All other orders are VAT free. |

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Any goods returned must be in good condition we do not accept damaged returns, unless the good where delivered damaged and this is the cause of the complaint, to claim goods where damaged on delivery you must have signed as 'damaged' on the drivers delivery sheet
All goods should be checked as soon as possible and any missing items or damaged items that could not be identified as such on delivery must be reported within three days of delivery
Glass must be checked as soon as delivered, preferably whilst the driver is still in attendance or at least within 24 hours of delivery, no claims for broken glass will be honoured after this time.
